Company
Background
McPhee Andrewartha
is unique. For a small company of 10 consultants we have
achieved a national and international presence. Established over 25
years ago in 1978, we have grown in size, scope and resources. Our
established network involves partnerships and collaborative alliances
with respected colleagues in all states. Internationally we have
formed a joint venture company, MasterSkill International in
conjunction with IRI Corporation based in Hong Kong.
We value and
develop our organisational knowledge. We invest proportionately more
money in our IT and knowledge systems than do most large global
companies.
We have a hands-on,
practical approach to leadership and management issues which is also
recognised academically. We are well respected for our capacity to
develop our own products which are designed to be tailored for
individual organisations, rather than to use as off the shelf
packages. This is further typified by our best selling practical
textbook, Developing Management Skills: A comprehensive guide for
leaders, and our program development and presentation of programs,
in conjunction with universities like Deakin University, University of
South Australia and Charles Sturt University.
Internally, our
practice is to engender loyalty amongst our people with challenging
work, good conditions and abundant support and humour. Externally, we
look to develop ongoing partnerships with our clients, both small and
large.
While the scope of
the work seems very broad it always involves our core passion of the
intersection between people and organisational systems.
We have an enviable
record of successful projects in delivering executive, management and
staff development programs with organisations around Australia and in
Asia.
We are a Quality
Certified Company (688) to ISO 9001:2000. A copy of our Certificate of
Registration is available

The company is
fully owned by the three Directors,
Graham Andrewartha,
Susan McPhee
and
Alison Budden.
