We conduct Board and CEO evaluations which provide three unique advantages: an organisational psychologist and a governance and legal expert as evaluators; rigorous assessment instruments; and the SCARF interview model. The measures we employ focus on the strategic culture of the Board as well as Board member performance.
In parallel with the normal assessments about performance of members and effectiveness of committees, we measure the specific culture of the way the Board operates and interacts. It is a dynamic evaluation and allows for the Board to identify the type of culture it believes it has and the type of culture it believes it should have given future challenges.
