These coaching sessions utilise our signature text, Developing Management Skills co-authored by Graham Andrewartha. Our leadership and management program involves designing and implementing a skills development plan.
Manager assessment is also a pivotal step in developing leadership skills. We offer a comprehensive assessment of the managers' skill set for role selection/promotion or special projects.
